The रandom Project believes that a sustainable life is a step towards a better future for the next generation. Hence, all our products are made-to-order. This reduces waste and helps our business model achieve environmental sanity. Your happiness is our number one priority. That is why we work extremely hard to ensure you are pleased with your order. Just in case you are not happy, we are here to help.
Returns & Replacement
We assure you that all products sold by us are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product or an incorrect product/order, you may return or replace the merchandise.
We have a Return/Replacement Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

You receive a damaged or defective product.

You have received an incorrect product/order.

You have a video of unboxing and pictures of the product for the ease of processing your request.

You have raised a return/replacement request on sales.therandomproject@gmail.com within 2 days from the date of delivery.

The product received is unused, unwashed and all the original tags and packaging are in place.
Once you decide to return/replace an order, please send us an email at sales.therandomproject@gmail.com attaching the unboxing video and pictures of the product/order.
Our Customer service representative will confirm the return/replacement request via email and inform you about the pick-up process. We do not charge you for return/replacement pick-up. 3 pick-up attempts will be made free of charge.

Exchanges
We have a detailed size description and charts for all the necessary products. But just in case if you make a mistake in size while ordering, we have a flexible one-time exchange policy for your convenience. Exchanges can be made only in the case of clothing items. Please assure that these items are unused, unwashed and all the tags are in their original condition and place. Such exchange requests can be raised via email at sales.therandomproject@gmail.com within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Once the request is raised, our team will get right to it and share the details of the reverse pick-up via email.
We offer you a free-of-charge exchange pick-up. 3 pick-up attempts will be made free of charge.

Swimwear/Socks are "Final Sale" for hygienic reasons.

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post which we shall process your exchange.

If the product does not pass the quality check, we will share images with you showing the defect/irregularity via email/call and re-send the product back to you.

Shipping
The standard processing time for your order is 2 days (48 hours). If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation request can be raised via email at sales.therandomproject@gmail.com within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order. We shall cancel your order, no questions asked.
The Random Project does not have a refund policy. However, we would love to replace or exchange your product. In the event of a return, we will provide you with store credit. Your store credit will be the same amount as that of your order and any shipping.
We want to make sure your piece is perfect for you, so we give you the flexibility to adjust/customise your order. We begin manufacturing your piece immediately upon receiving the order and any changes during the manufacturing process result in lost time and materials. Please finalise all order modifications within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, there is a 15% order-modification fee.
a We follow a Manufacturer model and not a retail model of distribution and hence there is no one-way or two-way shipping cost included in the MRP and is charged separately. We have partnered with Logistics companies like FedEx, BlueDart, DTDC & Delhivery for our supply chain. All our products which fall under the Heavy & Bulky category, need trucking and special handling.
If an order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we shall refund the complete amount including shipping

If you cancel a part of your order, the shipping will not be refunded.

If you return/exchange/replace an order, the original shipping will not be subject to a refund.

Most in-stock products ship within 24-48 hours of ordering.

The estimated date-of-delivery will be shared once the orders are shipped.

Custom/Made-to-order items ship within the intimated timeline.
